Content is defined as an individual copy of any material, regardless of form or format, uploaded to an account holder's account on Sharebeta.com. Content in your account may not violate our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy and should conform to US law.

You may not use Content in any way that violates someone else's individual rights, copyright, intellectual property or trademark. Sharebeta.com may disable Content and suspend account holder's accounts for violations of its policies.

Child Exploitation Policy

Under current U.S. law, any child exploitation is illegal. Child exploitation may include pornography, prostitution, trafficking, molestation, and other crimes as detailed on the website of The National Center For Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). See link below. To report child exploitation, please send an email to abuse@sharebeta.com and include a direct link to the Content. Any Accounts with exploiting materials will be suspended and reported to the NCMEC.
